1)Dell brand lives upto the expectation. Their support is awesome. Amazon customer service is as always outstanding.

Actually I wanted to rate 4.5 but there is no such option available.
Pros: Reputed brand offering high configuration laptop at a reasonable price is a steal deal. Just used for 7 days now and the performance has been satisfactory enough.
Cons: No GPU, There No Dedicated GPU in This Laptop, So, No high end Game will work, But you can still pay Normal Games Like Counter Strike
Make sure you all get the warranty date changed either by Amazon or Dell.

2)I am a m.tech student( Thermal Engg) i was looking for a laptop from last 2 year. As i told you i am a student its difficult to collect 33000 Ruppes. After a lot of resarch in online and offline. I purchased this laptop from amazon. Amazon is my trusted site. I got dell iapirion original laptop. But always having doubt to purchase laptop from online this my savings i have to think 1000 times before purchaseing it.

After delivery of my laptop i firsty started my laptop and do initially sartup and i called to dell tech support and told them my Service tag no. And ask them whether my laptop is orginal or what type of warranty i got...seriously gys i was very happy about my laptop it is orignal i got 15 months warranty and macfee 15 months free subscription..
I was happy with amazon purchase... Thanks amazon for being part of my life...For this laptop dont go for makrt purchase...

3) It says that this laptop will have pre-installed Window 10 Home and MS Office 2016 lifetime validity but I have checked and found that MS Office is only available for 1 month trial pack and after that you have to buy it

This was the main reason why I bought this laptop and this was really disappointing.

4) I'm big fan of the Amazon and Dell product but this time im totally disappointed with Amazon.

1. They have committed that this laptop will be come with pre-installed Window 10 Home and MS Office 2016 but as i have checked and found that MS Office don't installed. When I have called to Amazon customer care, they don't take this issue seriously and reply that plz call Dell customer care we don't do any thing.
2. The paking of laptop was too ordinary you can't accept this type of paking when purchase some costly item.
So that, this was my last shopping on Amazon and don't suggest anyone to go Amazon.

5)Received laptop on 26th October2018 , after trying to installing windows on it the screen was coming totally blank, call customer care to exchange the product as it is defective one they told me send there engineer , but as my product is in replacement mode they are not doing it in fact appoint engineer on 31st October 2018.i paid my hard earn money for useful product not for defective pcs don't buy any Dell products online.
